On Saturday, May 9th, 2026, clients currently using DynaFile v4.4 will be updated to the latest v4.5 release. The updates will occur during a rolling period from 9:00 PM MDT through 11:00 PM MDT. On Saturday, May 16, 2026, we will be installing new hardware that supports the DynaFile infrastructure. This installation will occur during a scheduled maintenance window starting at 9:00 PM MST and last for approximately 2 hours during which time the DynaFile application is expected to be unavailable. Prior to the installation, at 7:00 PM MST, we will be transferring the operation of some primary DynaFile systems to their alternate systems which may cause a few brief delays in application responsiveness.

On Friday, April 24, 2026, the day before this maintenance, we will be transferring the operation of some primary DynaFile systems to their alternate systems which may cause a brief, few minute, delay in application responsiveness, also starting at 9:00 PM MST.
